Contamination Report needed for Construction Certificate

“Our acreage is former rural land, so Cabonne Council said we needed a contamination report by certified professionals before they could issue our Construction Certificate. Cessoils was able to provide this quickly and at a reasonable cost (they’re local, so didn’t charge any travel time!).
